Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at orders@chiima.store with your order number and reason for the return.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Exchanges: Due to the limited nature of our drops, we cannot guarantee exchanges for the same item.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
